My pet & the meal plan
Why does my pet need a custom meal plan?
With so many choices and conflicting information online, choosing the right food for your pet can be a real challenge. Dry food, wet food, raw food, B.A.R.F, organic, grain-free, carb-free, so many unknown ingredients and options. As pet owners, we have been there.
The best diet is balanced, complete, and tailored to your pet’s needs. It should not consist of artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors. It should not miss essential nutrients. Ensure your pet gets the needed nutrients by completing the questionnaire.
My pet is a picky eater. Is he going to eat the food?
Challenge accepted.
We prepare the meal plan based on your pet’s taste. This makes our meal plans paw-licking.
There is only one cat that didn’t like our meal plans.
I have a cat and a dog. Can I feed them the same food?
No. Cats, dogs and ferrets have different nutritional requirements, and it’s not a good idea to feed them the same food.
I have two or more pets of the same species. Can I feed them the same food?
We do not recommend it given the individual needs and health conditions of each pet.
We aim to provide them with as close to the best food as possible to meet their specific nutritional needs keeping in mind their species, age, gender, energy levels, personal preferences and many other factors.
About the delivery
What does the meal plan include?
Each meal plan includes two recipes with a different protein source.
Sometimes adjustments will be needed to better suit your pet’s taste or health. We’ll make them for free, just keep us updated on how your pet is doing!
Need more variety? We’re happy to create new custom recipes.
How long does it take to receive the meal plan?
We need time to prepare the meal plan tailored to your pet’s nutritional needs. Sometimes, it can take up to 3-4 business days to send you the meal plan after the payment is processed.
Do I have to consult with a vet before I change the food?
No, there is no need to consult with your vet. However, we encourage you to share the change on your next visit.
If the pet has a health condition, don’t forget to share this with us.
Do I have to cook the food?
Yes, it’s a small effort for a healthier, longer life for your furry friend. You don’t have to cook daily, or even weekly. Just prepare a larger batch once a month and defrost as needed!
